When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 28 business days. The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-orders, and special-orders. Your complete order will be sent in a single shipment. If any of the delays mentioned above should occur, we will notify you by e-mail of the revised delivery times.

What shipping method do you use?

All domestic shipping will be delivered by United States Postal service and or United Postal Service because they provide insurance and trackable package service.

May I ship to a post office box or other private address boxes?

You must provide a physical delivery address including that of a USPS post office box, or a private box location, and either UPS or the USPS will deliver.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We do not charge tax, but merely collect it as it is required when doing business in New York State.

Is there a fee for refused and or returned merchandise?

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for refused and or returned merchandise to recover costs billed to us in the event that you refuse a shipment for whatever reason and it is undelivered.

May I return an ordered item?

Please contact us, before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and recover costs billed to us in the event that you return an item. All other standard returns policies apply.

What should I do if I am missing an item or it is received damaged, incorrect or defective?

Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly? Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. We can usually reimburse reasonable return shipping fees if you need to return an item due to our error.
